The Dough Dept. provides traditional Neapolitan style, wood-fired pizza from our lovingly restored vintage horsebox, Granville.

Our horsebox is completely self-sufficient and does not use noisy generators ruining the ambience of your special event. This makes us the ideal choice for wedding receptions or any special occasion, however remote the location.

Together we will create a bespoke menu for your event,

with a choice of pizza options you can cater to everyone’s tastes. Our Italian style grazing boards can add the perfect accompaniment and are a sure way to impress your guests.

will add a theatrical flair to any occasion with our pizzaiolo hand-preparing and stretching pizzas ready to be served either buffet or street food style.

The Dough Dept. are based in Northamptonshire and we are able to travel far and wide for any occasion. For private events, we will work with you to create a bespoke package to suit your needs.
